The nature of our products and services is purely informational as compared to tangible goods that can be returned for a refund. This is why once a service has commenced, the refunds are not possible. We provide the absolute best services in the industry and we are always willing to work with our customers for the best possible outcome of every project. The no-refund policy is simply because of the nature of our work.
